Shipping Policy

The products purchased on our store are delivered in China by means of an express courier within 48/72 hours from the receipt of the payment and customer is waived the shipping charge. Couriers usually deliver goods between Monday and Friday.

All items are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 1-5 working days (excluding third party or custom orders) of receiving cleared payment and we also welcome pay on pick up from our showrooms or warehouse however prior arrangements must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Customers will be provided a tracking number once items have been dispatched. As all deliveries are made via courier, it is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery as a signature will be required. 

Delivery times vary depending on your location however please allow up to 14 working days to receive your goods although it will generally be sooner.

You will be notified by phone on the morning of the delivery to ensure someone is home to assist the driver on arrival.
